New OTRS Package – Kanban Board

Today we are introducing a new add-on package for OTRS – a Kanban board created by our team.

For many years, the Kanban board has been a convenient and effective tool in project management, especially for projects related to software development. Thanks to their positive experiences, many companies decide to use a similar solution for handling requests in help desk departments.

Our new add-on allows you to use the advantages of the Kanban board within the OTRS system, including such features as:

  • A clear view of ticket statuses in several columns
  • The ability to change the status of a ticket by drag & drop
  • Quick editing access to basic request attributes, such as owner or priority
