We have improved accounting processes by implementing and tailoring OTRS to the needs of several hundred users. Shortly thereafter ManpowerGroup came back to us with another project aiming, for instance, at implementation of dedicated modules and a catalogue of services, and modification of the customer portal.

We carried out a comprehensive implementation of OTRS, starting from analysis, through system installation and configuration and ending with the implementation of dedicated solutions. Among other things, we have developed from scratch a mechanism of generating a PDF file from the ticket data.

Bilander Group has used our services in OTRS implementation and configuration. We have proposed and implemented solutions adapted to the specific requirements of the company, both in terms of handling of external tickets coming from our customers, as well as internal ones.

Integrity Partners

We worked with Integrity Partners on the deployment of a new helpdesk system software for a leading finance and insurance company. A key part of our work was the design and implementation of additional features for specific requirements of the client.

For ZETO Poznan, we planned and organised a two-day on-site training session devoted to advanced usage and administration of OTRS with OTRS::ITSM and FAQ modules.

For the UK2 Group, we implemented OTRS, and designed and built a custom server application that provides access to the system data through a RESTful API.

As part of a large project of migration to a new IT system for we carried out the installation and configuration of OTRS, and then implemented solutions allowing integration with other applications.
