Previously employed at OPGK Rzeszów S.A. Łukasz has successfully completed dozens of ((OTRS)) Community Edition implementations. He has experience working on international projects and teaching courses in English. He has a BSc in Automation and Robotics Engineering from the Rzeszów University of Technology. The programming languages he uses include Perl and JavaScript.
At Centuran Consulting, he implements open‑source solutions and develops custom extensions tailored to the needs of clients, in addition to training users and system administrators. Łukasz is also responsible for updating, configuring and integrating ((OTRS)) Community Edition with other systems.
