Previously employed at OPGK Rzeszów S.A., Kamil has completed dozens of ((OTRS)) Community Edition implementations in companies from Poland and abroad. He has taught courses on ((OTRS)) Community Edition and OTRS::ITSM in Polish and English. Kamil has also successfully integrated ((OTRS)) Community Edition with such solutions as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365. Holder of a BSc degree in Computer Science from the Rzeszów University of Technology, he has worked with OTRS-based systems and extensions (including KIX and Znuny4OTRS), as well as add-ons developed by the OTRS community. He programs in languages such as Perl and JavaScript.
At Centuran Consulting, Kamil develops from the ground up and implements specially designed solutions tailored to the needs of clients. He also teaches courses on ((OTRS)) Community Edition and ITSM administration and use, as well as updates, adapts and integrates Help Desk systems with other software.
